Holy Mackeral!

Spanish Mackerel with Smoked Sultanas, Pickled Fennel and Pinenuts, with a side of Blue Pool Oysters, Toasted Chick Peas and Crab Linguini. All this with my wife and two special friends. Post Valentine’s celebration is where it’s at!
