It was a magical night.
I walked out on stage to a sea of around 800 people and captivated them. The energy was good. Everyone was grooving and I made no mistakes.
It was a perfect show!
After I left the stage and turned to my wife and said, “that show was perfect. I did it. I no longer need to do this. It can’t be topped.”
So I retired the live club set and just in time, as almost exactly 1 year later Covid hit and “live performance” changed forever. I moved forward into other performance concepts and left the music industry in my wake.
