Asada, Carnitas and Pastor. Again, average except the Pastor is made on a spit! That’s a rare find.

I was wondering where Cap Hill was hiding their carnitas! Had these before and wasn’t impressed but I guess I didn’t have enough knowledge to appreciate them at the time. Delectable carnitas, asada and al pastor.

Got Cochinita Pibil, Smoked Brisket and Chicken Tinga, so it was hard to compare to other places but no matter. The Smoked Brisket was interesting as was the tortilla, but all three were still average.

People go ape shit for this place. The house taco was pastor, which was great. The asada and pollo were average.
