Posted on July 11, 2021July 17, 2021Have you tried the Reverse Sear? pretty easy to do. salt and pepper both sides and put in fridge for at least 6 hours. cook at 200 until internal temp is 120. about 1.25 hours. Rest for 10min. hot sear both sides 45 sec. eat!
